お金じゃなくて Autonomy, Mastery & Purpose

I am recently thinking what motivates people to be more creative in order to get their work quality to a higher level. One answer to this in my perspective is that money is not the fundamental solution. Here is what I found that explains this;

I agree that below 3 factors are the key to make better organization.
Autonomy 自主性
Mastery 専門性
Purpose 目的意識
Nevertheless I wonder why many companies and their management can only deal with salary to improve employees’ motivation. Nor they can think nothing but the money to raise the loyalty to the company.
Additional to above points, I believe that designing a way to fulfill recognition desire with interactions with outside of the company will make some change in communication culture like here in Japan.
